Incorporated August 14, 1940: Charles R. Underhill opened Mill Supplies, Inc. at 70 N. Foster St., a hub of activity for manufacturing and construction. The company was the first industrial supply business in Mansfield, Ohio.
Mr. Underhill had been president of Brown Fence and Wire Company in Cleveland prior to embarking on this endeavor.
